ABOUT
Software engineer in Toulouse. By day I look after a fibre-network design product of over five hundred thousand lines, of which I am now the only active developer. In the evenings and at weekends I build my own things: a chess engine started in 2022, an online game, two products that strangers use.
The thread is always the same: fixed rules, an enormous space underneath them, and no way forward except looking straight at your own mistakes. That holds for chess, which I have played seriously since 2020, for the piano, which I have played for over ten years and composed for since 2009, and for the rest — running, mountain biking, the vegetable garden, cooking.
This site gathers what I do, across all of those. It starts with code and work, because those are the only ones whose traces are already public. The rest is coming.
